If Quartie never happens, I expect an explanation about all the unanswered Quartie stuff: fate bringing them together, Artie’s picture in Quinn’s locker, how they got in the fight but were friends in the next episode, and finally why they were so important to each other (as Glee Actually showed).
Quinn and Artie literally shine together. They look at each as they look at no one else. They have a spark that could light a forest fire.
People who hate Quartie because of some disparaging comments she made about herself when in the chair or because of the fight in BB, but ship Bartie or Sugartie or Tartie make no sense. Brittany and Sugar are ableists, and Tina cheated on Artie!
